Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Elwood property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Free, no-obligation estimates · Real warranties
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Elwood area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Elwood technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Elwood homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Elwood basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Elwood crews see.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two Elwood basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
Storm season keeps our Elwood emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
